We are specialists in Service Management. Marval was born out of a need for standardisation and increased consistency in service delivery in the global production environment. The company was founded in 1989 by two former systems and infrastructure architects, Dr Don Page and Greg Pritchett.
While working at Philips Research Laboratories in Eindhoven, Holland, they recognised the need for standardisation, increased consistency in service delivery, and continual service improvement.
By 1989, they had moved to global roles at Philips Semiconductors, where they identified the need for a tool to support their teams of engineers and newly developed support processes. After much research, they concluded that no tools fit for purpose and decided to fill this void, leading to the birth of Marval Software Limited.
